Rockpoint, Gensler begin $6.6 remodel of Aventine

The Rockpoint Group paid $150 million to acquire the office and retail components of the Aventine development in June 2015.

The Rockpoint Group has embarked on a $6.6 million remodel of the 220,000-square-foot Aventine office building in University Towne Centre.
