Judge restricts LAUSD’s ability to box out charter schools

The district will be prevented from using the facility other than to lease it to a charter school.

The California School Finance Authority and the State Allocation Board won a preliminary injunction against the Los Angeles Unified School District preventing it from allowing anyone other than charter school tenants to lease a school facility near downtown Los Angeles.
