Providing 'precarious housing' not a ground for denying veterans' class action

Plaintiffs are seeking certification in a proposed class action brought on behalf of thousands of homeless and disabled veterans accusing the U.S. government of neglecting its duty to provide adequate care.

Counsel for the National Veteran's Foundation argued its proposed class of thousands of Los Angeles-based homeless and disabled veterans seeking to sue the U.S. government was sufficiently defined and justified for the litigation.
