Group seeks removal of Board of Education member over charter school ties

The California Teachers Association says Paul Keefer's dual roles as a charter school executive and Sacramento County Board of Education member represent a conflict under state law.

In a case likely to rile up charter school supporters, the California Teachers Association has sued to remove a Sacramento County Board of Education member because he is also a charter school executive.
