16K potential class members claimed missing from Robert Half lawsuit

The lawsuit, originally filed in 2015, accuses the staffing agency of systemically failing to pay more than 212,000 employees for time spent attending fruitless interviews.

One of the lead attorneys for a certified class of plaintiffs told a San Francisco judge Thursday that 16,000 potential class members were left of off the current class list in a Private Attorneys General Act lawsuit against multinational staffing agency Robert Half.
