ORANGE - Edward J. Wallin spent 10 years as a lawyer, four years as a trial judge and 17 years as a state appellate justice. But, while he enjoyed every step of the way, he said, nothing has given him more satisfaction than the past 10 years serving as a neutral at JAMS.
