Leaving All 'The Troubles' Behind

Born and raised 40 miles west of Belfast, the daughter of one of the early civil rights activists, Pamela Ferguson grew up in a Northern Ireland racked by the troubles. She describes in her own words her journey from Irish solicitor to partner at San Francisco's Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, defending class actions.

Pamela Ferguson has an infectious smile, upstaged only by a lilting Irish brogue, that she says is so specific it can be traced to her home town.
