Fix Exclusionary Rule to Better Serve Public
Forum Column - In the article "On the Roberts Court, the Police Get More Freedom" (Daily Journal, July 21), Professor Erwin Chemerinsky observes that there appear to be four votes on the present U.S. Supreme Court for overturning the exclusionary rule, an observation that appears correct.
