Panel Reverses Man's Murder Conviction

LOS ANGELES - A trial judge's refusal to instruct a jury on "imperfect self-defense" led to the reversal Tuesday of a second-degree murder conviction against a man who shot his cousin after he'd confronted the cousin about raping his younger brother.
