Panel Reinstates Harassment Claim

LOS ANGELES - A woman who claims a California Highway Patrol officer told her that she had nice legs and offered to be her "older man" after arresting her for drunken driving can sue for violation of her Fourth Amendment rights against unreasonable seizure, a federal appeals court ruled Wednesday.
