Part of Woman's Lawsuit Alleging False Arrest Reinstated

SAN JOSE -- A 60-year-old woman who was arrested and then strip-searched after a bus driver accused her of lying about her age to get a cheaper fare, then said she hit him, will get her day in court after the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals reinstated part of her lawsuit against two county agencies.
