Mosk Key in State Environmental Law

SAN FRANCISCO - On Sept. 21, 1972, California Supreme Court Justice Stanley Mosk changed the course of environmental law in California. Now, as the judicial machinery grinds through the process of selecting a successor for Mosk, who died June 19, one of the attorneys who was also a key player in the momentous changes going on in the early 1970s believes Mosk's pivotal role should not be forgotten.
