Panel's Decision May End Clash of Dueling James Bonds

In a decision that may bring a quick end to a bitter clash between two Hollywood studios, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Friday affirmed a preliminary injunction prohibiting Sony Corp.'s movie division from producing a film based on the debonair fictional British spy James Bond.
