Plaintiff, First Attacked by Shark, Meets Match in Defense Lawyer

Neither guppy nor goldfish, it was, in fact, a thrashing lemon shark that left Steven Rosenbloom hospitalized for three days. But a state appeal court has ruled that no matter how large or teeth-imprinted the scar on his left arm, Rosenbloom assumed the risk of injury when he took off his shoes and headed into the drained aquarium to remove the human-eating creature.
