Prosecutors Will Seek to Reinstate Death Sentence

Los Angeles County prosecutors have made what is believed to be a rare decision to again seek capital punishment for a murderer whose 14-year-old death sentence, but not his conviction, was recently overturned by a federal appellate court due to trial court error.
