Waring Gardens sold for $7.45 million

The apartment complex consists of three two-story buildings and feature one- and two-bedroom floor plans, with an average unit size of 822 square feet.

The 36-unit Waring Gardens apartments in the Grantville neighborhood of San Diego was purchased for $7.45 million.

The buyer of the property at 5320-5340 Adobe Falls Road was East Eight LLC while the seller was Waring Gardens LP.

The buyer was represented by Debbie Wong from Performa Property Management.
