OliverMcMillan sells Atlanta residential property for $136.5 million

The Residence encompasses two 20-story towers, featuring a resort-style pool, manicured courtyard, state-of-the-art fitness center, theatre, and demonstration kitchen.

San Diego-based OliverMcMillan sold the 370-unit Residence Buckhead Atlanta for $136.5 million. The buyer of the Georgia property was a unit of Simpson Housing.

OliverMcMillan was represented by Holliday Fenoglio Fowler L.P. (HFF).

HFF previously worked on behalf of the developer to arrange construction financing for developing Buckhead Atlanta in 2013.
