Court Punts on Terrorism Case

Avoiding a ruling on the controversial issue of whether foreign terrorism detainees can be released into the United States, the U.S. Supreme Court decided Monday to send a key case back to the lower courts.

WASHINGTON - Avoiding the controversial issue of whether foreign terrorism detainees can be released into the United States, the U.S. Supreme Court decided Monday to send a key case back to the lower courts.
