Court Approves $175 Million Award Reversal Against Plant-Gene Maker

Encino attorneys Ellis J. Horvitz, David M. Axelrad, Jon E. Eisenberg and Andrea M. Gauthier of Horvitz & Levy, along with Lawrence P. Riff, Laurence F. Janssen and Jay E.
