MTV Leases Building Adjacent to Santa Monica Headquarters
Kilroy Realty Corp. completed one of the largest new lease transaction in Santa Monica this year, signing MTV Networks to a four-year lease for its building at 1633 26th St., adjacent to MTV's headquarters. Kilroy did not disclose the lease value.
