A New Normalcy
On Sept. 11, Americans learned to their horror that four airliners had been commandeered to be used as missiles and that three of them succeeded in their perpetrator's goals, toppling the twin towers of the New York World Trade Center, trophy real estate known around the world, and crashing into the Pentagon, as well.
