Legal Evolution

Thanks to the Internet, where even brick-and-mortar companies publish content, media law is booming. It's also becoming intertwined with intellectual property law, as many Internet publishers try to control how others use information from the publishers' Web sites. Not only are they asserting copyright protection, but they're making First Amendment, contract and trespass claims.
