9th Upholds Injunction Against HUD Evictions

SAN FRANCISCO - In a sharp rebuke of the federal government's zero tolerance drug policy for pubic housing residents, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Wednesday that tenants may not be evicted just because a relative or guest is caught in illegal drug activity.
