Feinstein Plans To Vote Against Ashcroft for AG

WASHINGTON - Citing what she called John Ashcroft's "ultra-right wing" record and his treatment of federal court nominee Ronnie White, Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., declared Wednesday that she plans to vote against the former Missouri senator's controversial nomination as attorney general.
