Microsoft Attorneys Claim Bias

The partisan cries of judicial bias that ripped through the Florida courts since the election have split the nation into two groups: Those who side with the courts' critics and contend that some of the presiding judges were biased (and therefore incapable of rendering fair and impartial decisions) versus those who defend the Florida judges and accuse their critics of undermining the legitimacy of the American judicial system.
