When South Korea's anti-competition authority found that the nation's top ramen noodle producers had been agreeing on prices for a decade, it fined the four companies $120 million. But Americans buy ramen, too, and the following year attorneys filed a cluster of class actions in San Francisco on behalf of the noodle-eaters and a Koreatown market that bought in the U.S.
