Lawyers for technology workers united to defend U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals this week, saying she did not abuse her discretion by rejecting a $324.5 million settlement of antitrust claims against Adobe Systems Inc., Apple Inc., Intel Corp. and Google Inc.
