Ruling anticipated in water district whistleblower suit against firms

A Central Basin Municipal Water District board member has accused Buchalter Nemer and Sedgwick LLP of keeping a $2.75 million "slush fund" under the pretext of litigation expenses on behalf of the public water agency.
