Netflix movie deals of today similar to pay TV deals of yesteryear

In splashy new deals, like the right to premier the sequel to "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon" at the same time Imax theaters do, Netflix Inc. has shaken up movie theaters and, to a lesser extent, the film studios that distribute feature-length films.
