RIVERSIDE - The Superior Court here expects to consolidate complex civil litigation in one courtroom by early next year, a move the Riverside County civil supervising judge said is designed to process cases more efficiently.
"The potential value of establishing a complex litigation courtroom [is that] it allows the judge to focus on the cases full time," said Judge Sharon Waters.
