Downtown Los Angeles' historic criminal justice center reopened after 20 years

The Hall of Justice served as the apex of L.A.'s criminal justice system from 1925 until 1994. County officials on Wednesday rededicated and reopened the edifice, which will house the district attorney's office and sheriff's department.
