Lawsuit: Sears could have stopped peeping Tom

Maintenance worker was arrested on suspicions he secretly filmed customers and employees through peep holes in restrooms and dressing rooms and uploading some of the material to the Internet.

LOS ANGELES - A group of Sears employees and customers filed suit Monday, alleging the retail chain engaged in negligent hiring and negligent supervision of an employee who has been accused by police of spying on women and children as they undressed.
