Parks or reports, the choice is clear

It's no secret that California is in terrible fiscal shape. Recently, the non-partisan Legislative Analyst's Office reported that the $9.2 billion estimated by the governor in January needed to balance next year's budget has increased by 70 percent to $15.7 billion.
