Lenders score bankruptcy victory

In a win for banks and other lenders, the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday restored the ability of secured creditors to protect collateral from being undervalued in bankruptcy proceedings.

WASHINGTON - In a win for banks and other lenders, the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday restored the ability of secured creditors to protect collateral from being undervalued in bankruptcy proceedings.
