Kodak loses ruling before ITC

In a preliminary victory for Apple Inc., a U.S. International Trade Commission judge ruled Monday that an Eastman Kodak Co. patent is invalid.

In a preliminary victory for Apple Inc., a U.S. International Trade Commission judge ruled Monday that an Eastman Kodak Co. patent is invalid, a setback that would be a devastating financial blow to the bankrupt camera company if affirmed.
