Lessons from Wal-Mart's FCPA faux pas

Recent allegations suggest executives may have paid as much as $16 million in bribes between 2003 and 2005 to facilitate Wal-Mart Stores Inc.'s meteoric expansion in Mexico. Even worse, there are allegations that Wal-Mart squelched an internal investigation into the bribery.
