WASHINGTON - The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Tuesday to hear the petition of disgraced former Enron Corp. chief executive Jeffrey K. Skilling.
Currently serving a 24-year prison sentence, Skilling was convicted in 2006 of various charges, including securities fraud and insider trading, in connection with the collapse of the energy-trading giant in 2001.
