Roberts Defends Attorney Secrecy
Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. was the most forceful defender of the attorney-client privilege in a case before the U.S. Supreme Court Monday. On Sunday, Roberts and other members of the court attended a mass presided over by Donald W. Wuerl, the archbishop of Washington.
