Stanford Loses HIV Patent Dispute

A U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit ruled against Stanford University in its patent infringement lawsuit on Wednesday, finding that it had no standing to sue Roche Molecular Systems Inc. because the company has an ownership interest in the patent.
