White Collar Cases Falter For U.S. In San Francisco

As the Obama administration selects a new U.S. Attorney in San Francisco, the choice will be closely watched. After bad reviews and low morale, lawyers are hoping for a candidate to lead the office who will renew focus on corporate fraud.
