Justices Will Review IRS Tip Criteria

WASHINGTON - Taking on a case involving a historic San Francisco restaurant, the Supreme Court on Friday agreed to examine the Internal Revenue Service practice of estimating unreported employee tip income to determine the Social Security tax owed by restaurant owners.
