Justices Likely to Reject Tahoe Landowners' Claim

WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court justices on Monday indicated they will reject the claim by a group of landowners around Lake Tahoe who argued that the government must compensate them for imposing a temporary development moratorium in the early 1980s.
