Mad Engine acquires Neff Headwear

Mad Engine LLC, a global licensed apparel wholesaler headquartered in San Diego, bought Neff Headwear from Marlin Equity Partners and the Neff family.

Mad Engine LLC, a global licensed apparel wholesaler headquartered in San Diego, bought Neff Headwear from Marlin Equity Partners and the Neff family, according to an announcement on May 16.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Marvel, Star Wars, Disney and Nickelodeon are some of the brands Mad Engine licenses.
