OC sheriff's deputies plead the 5th in jailhouse informant records hearing

Two Orange County sheriff's deputies at the heart of the ongoing jail informant scandal invoked their 5th Amendment right against self incrimination when called to testify Thursday before a judge who's considering dismissing the death penalty against mass murderer Scott Dekraai because of his unhappiness about compliance with his discovery orders.
