Value Index gets lukewarm reviews

The Association of Corporate Counsel's Value Index, which debuted in 2009, was intended to become essentially an online guide that helped in-house attorneys know more about which law firms were worth hiring.


But nearly two years after its unveiling, the project is still finding its footing in the legal community.
