In the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court decision ATT v. Concepcion, a federal judge in Santa Ana has sent to arbitration a class action alleging Gateway Computers sold defective products.
At issue in the case against Gateway is whether its warranty provision obligated consumers to arbitrate rather than litigate their claims.
