Wal-Mart back in court over gender bias case

Lawyers in a huge gender discrimination lawsuit against Wal-Mart Stores Inc. were back in court Friday for their first time since the U.S. Supreme Court ruled the case could not have class certification.

SAN FRANCISCO - Lawyers in a gender discrimination lawsuit against Wal-Mart Stores Inc. were back in court Friday for the first time since the U.S. Supreme Court ruled the case could not have class certification for a proposed 1.5 million female workers.
