Credits May Not Keep Film, TV Work in State

California is having trouble holding on to feature and television production, but the problem of so-called "runaway production" could be only temporary.

The state Senate's Governance and Finance Committee voted unanimously Wednesday to approve a five-year extension to California's Film and Television Tax Credit Program, following the Assembly's approval last month.
