Jewish Judge Needn't Disclose Religion

A Jewish judge didn't have to disclose his religious affiliation before agreeing to arbitrate a case involving a German defendant, a state appellate court ruled Tuesday.

A Jewish judge didn't have to disclose his religious affiliation before agreeing to arbitrate a case involving a German defendant, a state appellate court ruled Tuesday.
