GlaxoSmithKline Settles Substandard Drug Manufacturing Charges
Pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline LLC and its now-defunct subsidiary SB Pharmco Puerto Rico Inc. have agreed to pay $40.75 million to resolve state prosecutors' allegations they used substandard drug manufacturing processes.

Pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline LLC and its now-defunct subsidiary SB Pharmco Puerto Rico Inc. have agreed to pay $40.75 million to resolve state prosecutors' allegations they used substandard drug manufacturing processes in a Puerto Rican facility between 2001 and 2004.
